IC3600QOXC1 is a speed control sensor card manufactured by General Electric under the mark I or II series. The purpose of this system was to control gas and steam turbines. The first series of Mark turbine control systems were the Mark I and Mark II. All of the most critical turbine activities are controlled by the Mark series. This includes functions including starting, shutdown, cooldown, and fuel and water injection. A speed control sensor card is the IC3600QOXC1 printed circuit board.

• Two massive inductors, sometimes known as coils, are found in the IC3600QOXC1. The inductors are constructed out of wire coils that are encased in a black plastic cover. The board also has a single massive black transformer. The transformer is rectangular in shape and has the part number 68A9930S2 GI inscribed on it. The board also has a number of capacitors. Some capacitors are yellow, while others are completely red. On the card, there are various resistors.
• Near the upper edge of the card, there are at least two MOVs (metal oxide varistors).
• On the IC3600QOXC1, there are a number of tiny transistors. A few of these transistors are constructed of silver metal and are round. The remaining transistors are black and shaped like a half-circle. On the side of the card, there is a single huge red button. The button is circular and has the word RESET written on it. Below the button is a huge red indicator light.
