IC3600EPSW1E is a Regulator Control Board developed by GE. It is a PCB under Mark I and Mark II series. Three polypropylene capacitors and two PCB mount electrolytic capacitors make up the PCB. Eight half-circle black transistors on the board are used to convert or increase electronic signals or electrical power.

• Two potentiometers, or variable resistors, are found on the board. On the side of the variable resistor is a small knob that allows you to control the energy flow.
• The fifty metal male prongs on the PCB are used to connect the circuit board to the existing system. The board has four red auxiliary ports on its face. The top port has the label "VOLTS +," the second port has the label "Volts –," the third port has the label "ADJ+," and the fourth port has the label "Current –."
• The letters EPSW are also written across the bottom of the face. Four silver diodes, three red diodes, one blue diode, two teal diodes, and twelve orange and black diodes make up the PCB.
