FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:
DS200UCIBG1A is a UC2000 Core Mother Board manufactured and Designed by General Electric as part of the Mark V LM Series used in Gas Turbine Control Systems. The
LBC586P Daughterboard on the UCIB with a Pentium processor. The PANA board for ARCNET connections is mounted on a daughterboard that is attached to the LBC586P. P1. TCSA – XDSA board on the gasoline skid and UCIB contain decoders for serial communication for Dry Low Emissions (DLE) applications. L2. The Fuel Skid Interface Board (TCSA), found in the R core, interacts with the XDSA board on the fuel skid for Dry Low Emissions (DLE) applications. The TCSA board decodes the signals from the high-resolution pressure transducers for the 196 processors on the UCIB board. The signals from XDSA are connected to the TBSA terminal board at position 8 of the R2> core.
UCIB CONNECTORS:
UCIB CONFIGURATION:
Hardware: The clock is enabled by hardware jumper JP1. For details on the hardware jumper settings for this board, consult Appendix A and the operator interface's hardware jumper panel.
UCIB PRESSURE TRANSDUCER INTERFACE CIRCUIT:
The high-resolution pressure transducer signals are sent from the XDSA board to the TBSA terminal board in the R2 core. The P3 connector on the TCSA board receives the signals, which it then decodes for the 196 processor on the UCIB board to use. The signals are written to the LBC586P board using the J1 and J3 connections.
UCIB GENIUS I/O CIRCUIT:
A GENI board could be mounted on the UCIB board. A GENI board regulates specific sorts of data flow between the host (Mark V LM) and the Genius bus. The connections for the Gen- ius bus are made on the 1TB terminal board on the "R" core. The P5 connector on the UCIB board is used to write signals to the LBC586P board, while the P3 serial connector is used to send signals from the GENI board to the UCIB board. The P15 connector on the UCIB board supplies power to the GENI board.
