FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:

IS200DTBDG1A is a Contact Output Expansion Termination Module manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark VIe Series used in GE Distributed Control Systems. There are three Qs: Q11, Q21, and Q51, which house the Contact Output Expansion Termination Module (DTBD). In position five of Q11, Q21, and Q51, DTBD is connected to the 30 relays on the TCRA. DTBD has hardware jumpers that can be used to configure sixteen of the thirty outputs in locations four of Q21 and Q51 as solenoids. If J19 and J20 are linked and the factory-installed wire jumpers are relocated, two more contact outputs (#47 and #48) can be used for ignition transformers.

DTBD CONNECTORS:

  • JS1 through JS8 - Reads the relay signals from the TCRA board in location five.
  • J8 - Receives the power for the solenoids from the TCPD board in the core.
  • J19 - Connects to J20 to carry 125 V dc power for contact outputs #47 and #48. Connected in and , not connected in .
  • J20 - Connects to J19 to carry 125 V dc power for contact outputs #47 and #48. Connected in and , not connected in .

DTBD HARDARE CONFIGURATION:

P1/M1 through P16/M16 - Solenoid enable for contact outputs #31 through #46 respectively. Must be both in or both out.
