The DS200AAHAH1AFD is a PCB that can be used as an interface unit to connect a variety of I/O cores and external devices to the R> Control Engine. The ARCNET is connected through the AAHA. In the R> core, two AAHA boards are employed. One serves as a liaison between the R> core and the user interfaces. This board is connected to a UCPB daughterboard on a UCIA board in the R> core through an APL connector. The second serves as a link between a CEREBUS and the R> core. It also makes communication between I/O cores and the R> Control Engine in the R> core easier. This board's APL is connected to a PANA daughterboard.
