IC3600QOXC4F is an Overspeed sensor card developed by General Electric under Mark I or II series. The Mark turbine control series' first two systems were the MKI and MKII. The Mark series controls all of the essential functions of turbines, such as startup, shutdown, and cooldown, as well as water and fuel input.

• The PCB has two large inductors, also known as coils. These inductors are made up of coils of wire that are wrapped in black plastic. There is one large black transformer as well.
• This transformer is square. It is marked with part number 68A9930S2 GI. Around the card are several capacitors. Some of these capacitors are yellow in color.
• Some of the capacitors are rectangular and all red. Many resistors are distributed throughout the board. Near the top of the part are a few metal oxide varistors (MOVs).
• Several small transistors can also be found on the surface. Some of these are circular and made of silver metal. The remaining transistors are black and half-moon in shape.
• There is one large button on the edge. This button is red and round. The word RESET is written on it. A large red indicator light is located beneath this button.
