DS3800HSAA1U is a Servo Amplifier Board developed by GE. On one end of the GE Dom Plus Servo Amp Board, there is a modular connector, and on the other end, there are retention levers. • When a replacement board is delivered to the site, the EEPROM socket on the Servo Amp Board is empty. It is possible to install the module with the module's existing firmware and programming code. As a result, the replacement board will process information in the same way as the defective board.
• However, if you suspect that problems with the board are caused by firmware errors, you can avoid using the same firmware and programming code. Instead, use the most recent version of the code.
• Throughout the life of the board, the firmware and code are updated. When code errors are reported, the solutions are incorporated into the code. The code has been updated with new features and improvements. You can clear the code on the module and load the most recent code. This may resolve any code-related issues you are experiencing.
• Adjust the trimmer resistors to match the settings on the original board before installing the replacement board. Adjust the resistors to the original board's settings using a full-featured tester.

Nozzle Control Valve Output

Algorithm which drives the digital to analog converter on the nozzle control servo amplifier card:

• The algorithm reads the nozzle angle reference TSRNZ, multiplies it by the constant NXKOUTG, adds the electrical offset NXKOUTO, and then adds a mechanical bias, NXKOUTB.
• The NOZZLE CONTROL output TSRNZOUT can be calibrated by selecting the ANALOG CONTROL DISPLAY, i.e., List 15. This allows JADJ to select the nozzle servo, 14 in this case, and set TSRNZOUT to the value specified by GSADJ.
