DS3800HIMA1 is a Display Driver Board and is part of the GE Speedtronic Mark IV gas turbine control system for industrial gas turbines. It is designed as an isolation board and built with multiple integrated circuits. HP69137 DIP, AM26LS30 Dip dual differential integrated circuits, and AM26LS33 quad differential receivers with a single transistor labeled LM309K are among them. On a single silicon chip, there is a 5V regulator. The LM309K is TTL and DTL compatible, has a high output current of more than 1A, and is thermally protected.
