DS200TBQGG1A is an LM6000 Analog Termination Module under Mark V series. Location 7 of the R1 core houses the LM6000 Analog Termination Module (TBQE). All of the inputs and outputs required by the TCQE board in the R1 core are included in TBQE, which is used for all LM engine applications. The proximity transducer, accelerometer, LVDT/R position feedback inputs, RTD inputs, and pulse rate signals for LP Shaft speed monitoring and shear protection applications are among the inputs read by the TBQE terminal board. For processing, these signals are written to the TCQE board. The TBQE terminal board is written with the TCQE's 4 -20 mA outputs.

  • JLLR writes the pulse rate, RTD, and LVDT/R position inputs to the TCQE board in the R1 core. reads the TCQE board's mA output signals in the R1 core.

  • There are two terminal blocks on the GE Gas Turbine Termination Board. Each block comprises 95 signal wire connections. 2 jumpers and 6 34-pin connectors are also included.
  • The board measures 11.25 inches wide by 3 inches high and has five holes for attaching it to the drive's inside. The drive cabinets inside comprise racks that support the boards and feature screw holes that line up with the holes on the boards.
  • Examine the cabinet and note where the old board is installed when you're ready to install the replacement board. Installing the replacement in the same location is the best approach. It's also crucial to pay attention to where the cables are linked on the board and how they're routed.
  • The signal wires attached to the terminals are also affected. The free passage of air inside the drive will be hampered or blocked by improper cable routing. The drive's components generate heat, and the drive relies on airflow to keep the inside cool. The drive will overheat the situation if the interior grows too hot, and it will shut down immediately.
  • Another advantage of cable routing is that if power and signal cables are routed too near together, the two types of wires will interfere. If the signal and power wires are connected in parallel, interference can occur. Interference can be avoided by using proper cable routing.
